Providers in our network run independent businesses. Their estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service are their responsibility. For concerns about work at your home, consider contacting the provider first. Keep written notes, like a project diary.
Please also tell us what happened. Feedback supports honesty within our network. Providers with repeated shortcomings may be removed. However, Widerchart Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or represent a provider.

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will examine the concern and may contact the provider as part of that review. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we are taking.
If the response leaves your concern unresolved, reply to request another review. You may also seek help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. Where a licensed contractor is involved, your state's contractor licensing board may also be able to assist.
